The Work at a glance
Mediation and facilitation: For boards, partnerships, departments, family businesses and NGOs. Non-legal, on site in the EEA, worldwide online. Structured in two phases.
Working agreements: Three to four online sessions ending in a written memorandum of understanding. For groups about to start something together or reorganizing.
€3,500–5,000, fixed.
Facilitator training: For coaches, educators, leaders and facilitators who work with people under pressure. Five core abilities.
Private reflectives: A limited number of one-to-one sessions. Not therapy, not normative coaching. A way to among other things sit with the unknown in a productive way until things reorient.
